At PAS, we serve homemade Indonesian food inspired by the warmth of casual dining and the joy of sharing. Everything is made with love.

Below you’ll find a selection of what we serve — our menu may vary slightly from night to night, depending on what’s fresh, in season, or simply what we feel like cooking that day.

Sate Ayam – €8.90

Chicken skewers served with our signature peanut sauce. (3 pcs)

Bakwan Jagung (v) – €6.40

Crispy corn fritters made with fresh corn, flour, and spices. (4 pcs)

Tempe Mendoan (v) – €6.90

Thinly sliced, lightly battered and fried tempeh, served with sambal kecap. (4 pcs)

Lemper Ayam / Tempe – €3.80

Steamed sticky rice filled with shredded chicken or tempe.

Risoles (v) – €3.80

Golden-fried crepe filled with creamy vegetable ragout.

MAINS

Ayam Geprek – €17.50 / Tempe & Tofu Geprek (v) – €16

Crispy fried chicken or tempeh-tofu smashed with homemade sambal.
Served with fragrant coconut rice infused with lemongrass, salam leaf and lime leaf.
Choose your spice level: 1–10 chilies (be warned – even 1 is spicy!)

Nasi Bakar Ayam – €17.50 / Nasi Bakar Ikan – €19

Fragrant coconut rice with lemongrass, salam leaf and lime leaf, wrapped in banana leaf and grilled for a smoky finish. Topped with your choice of shredded chicken or savory mackerel.
Served with seasonal vegetables.

Nasi Kapau Rendang (Beef) – €20 / Nasi Kapau Rendang (v) (Oyster Mushroom) – €18.50

Traditional slow-cooked rendang – choose between tender beef or rich oyster mushrooms.
Served with rice, sayur nangka Kapau (jackfruit, cabbage, and long beans in lightly spiced coconut sauce) and our signature green sambal.

SWEETS

Pisang Goreng – €7.80

Crispy fried banana topped with palm sugar and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Cendol – €7.80

A refreshing dessert of pandan rice jelly served with coconut milk, palm sugar syrup and crushed ice.
